A massive game by our players, because tonight they played with their heart and played for Ararat, the picture of Davi Costa says it all...

Coming to the match, it was a very fast game and Omonia went in front in the 5th minute by Kamel, but after loosing numerous chances to score after a great trick corner Jack scored a fantastic goal making it 1-1 in the 12th minute and in the next minute after Olegs superb dribbles he passed the ball to Jack and who made it 2-1. After the 2-1 our players gained confidence and should have scored more goals finding the cross bar three times.But in the 17th minute after a misunderstanding between our players Alexeyef equalized ending the first half 2-2.

Second half had the same rythm and maybe even faster, again we lost a lot of opportunities to score and then came the goal from Manolis in the 24th minute. At that time our players realized that they have to give everything they have to win this match and in the 27th minute Poliviou with a solo movement he scored from 12 yards making it 3-3. And finally came the fourth goal of our team in the 30th minute by Sergio stealing the ball from the opponents and passing it to Giorgi and then Giorgi back to Sergio who placed the ball into the net from close range.

The match ended 4-3 and our team is almost there just needing one more win to claim the Championship.

The match was enjoyed by around 500 spectators.
