U-17 Cup Final Runners Up 2009-10 [+]
Tonight our U-!7 team made history by reaching to the final in their first year as a team competing in the U-17 futsal championship. Our players looked a bit stressed at first and we conceeded a goal in the first minute of the match. This made them more stressfull, but we had chances to equalize but denied from Parnassos goalkeeper several times. The half time score was 1-0. Fulltime score 2-0. After a great performance our U-17 team progressed to the Cup Final where they will play against this years Champions, Parnassos. The U-17 team will play in the Cup Final on the same date as the men's team on Friday the 14th at 17:00 at Eleftheria Stadium and then the Men's Cup Final will follow who will play against Omonia. Coming to today's match our team started very well and wanted to score as early as possible to put the pressure on ..[+]

AGBU Ararat U-17 into the Semi-finals [+]
Our team progressed to the semi-finals by winning Atlas away from home 5-1 and will play against the winner of the match Athienou-Livadiakos which will take place today. Coming back to our yesterday's match our team looked fresh and eager to score as they managed to do from the openning minutes with Tadeh. Tadeh also scored a tremendous goal from the half line by a shot from a foul and made it 0-2, but Atlas came back with a goal to end ..[+]

After a great performance today, our team won one of the favourite teams, GC School with the score 2-0. In the first half our players went in determined to score an early goal. After loosing many chances Carlo eventually opened the score to make it 1-0, GCS tried hard to score an equalizer, but they had in front of them a great diffence and a tremendous goalkeeper. Today was the end of this years U-17 Championship and our team took the 5th place. Today our team won Atlas Aglandjias at home 5-3. It was a very successfull year for our U-17 team especially because it was formed this year and Sergio inspired them to work hard and get the 4th place having in mind that the top 6 teams have been in the Championship for several tears. Yesterday it was the draw of the U-17 Cup matches and from the first match our team was drawn with a strong opponent, GC School at home. We have nothing to fear from any opponent especially at home, because our team is playing great futsal. If our team wins GC School on the 25th we believe thay can go all the way to the final... Unfortunately once again our U-17 were defeated by Parnassos just seconds before the whistle as it happened in the first match at home with the same scoreline 3-2. First half both teams played well and Parnassos went ahead by 2-0, but our team came back Carlo scoring to end the half 2-1. Second half again the game was very interesting and a lot of chances were missed by both teams, but eventually Carlo once more scored to make it 2-2. ..[+]

Once again our U-17 showed us that they can win any team this year as they did today by winning at home 6-3 a very strong side like Athienou. We should also note that the two brothers were missing from the action today as Carlo was ill and Jaco had a miniscus surgery last week, we wish them both good recovery...
